Jill and Angela were a dream to work with! Over the last couple of years we have bought a condo in the Colony, sold that condo to look for a house and looked at many, We

had to find a quick rental because the Duo sold our condo the first day it went on the market and we to find a place to live with the restrictions of first floor and dog friendly! They found one for a 6+ month rental. We then looked for another (and LAST) condo to buy. With help from the Duo we found exactly the right one and are now happily in it! Through all this condo hunting and house hunting Angela and Jill could not have been more positive, patient or more supportive of my requests to see something else etc. They quickly absorbed what kinds of things were important to us in a house or condo. It was a PROCESS and they were so wonderful every step of the way. All the way through closing and moving, they were incredibly helpful- true professionals. When I needed help moving, there they were with suggestions of a few very good local people to hire, who made the move so much easier. Jill and Angela dealt with the (new) condo owners to see what items in their home they might be willing to leave if I wanted them. They took the stress out of a stressful time. I am forever grateful to them and thrilled with my new home!
